Harini merupakan hari pertunangan akak aku. So ramaila sedara mara aku dtg bersama anak2 diorg.. untuk melayan diorg.. aku bgla psp aku utk diorg gilir2 main.. tp yg x syoknye.. psp tu slow gile nak load game.. nape ntah jd camtu.. sblm ni aku ade bg kwn aku pinjam.. dia nak wat presentation katanye.. nak masukkan animation dlm tu utk presentation.. pas dia pinjam terus jd camtu.. aku memula x amek kisah sgt.. sbb aku dah jrg2 main psp tu.. so, bile siang td bebudak tu main.. rs load game lembab gile.. aku pun googled n found this article.. i tried it n it works! thanx to it.. so.. aku pun nak share la article tu kat sini.. mana tau korg nak try satu ari nantikan.. hehe..

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:


1. Set “UMD Mode” to M33 driver NO UMD

The PSP firmware version was 3.71 M33 but is also tested with higher versions like 3.8 M33. These firmware versions should have the UMD mode to M33 NO UMD.



To set the following you need to go to the Configuration Page. To go there you need to:

i. Turn off your PSP

ii. Press and hold the R button. While doing that, slide and hold the power button up. This would turn on your PSP. You should hold until the black screen appears saying “M33 Recovery Menu Configuration”

iii. If the PSP just turns on to the normal menu, just repeat the two steps above.



2. Set “Use VshMenu” to Disabled.

It is also in the configuration page. Use the steps above and you should be able to find it.

Now after these two steps, if you continue no further, your PS would run faster – but only for the menu screen. The menu would be fast and really responsive. However, try playing a game. You would notice that loading is still slow and the gameplay is still played in slow motion.

3. Set the CPU speed to Default.

Now this is really important. The CPU may not really be used when playing music or in the menu screen but its very important when you play games.

There are two settings you need to adjust. Speed in XMB and Speed in UMD/ISO. For us normal users we just need to set these two to “Default”.

After this, your PSP should be running ok. However, I recommend that you do another step which would also help the performance of your PSP.



4. Free up memory from your Memory Stick.

You can do this using two methods. One, you could connect your PSP to your PC using a USB cable. Two, you could remove your memory stick and use a card reader. I prefer the second method but you may use any of the two.


Method Two: Remove your memory stick and use a card reader.




Freeing up memory is easy, if you know what files to remove. As my friend is not really using her PSP for music and videos, majority of her files are game files. What she does is that she just puts games that she really plays. I recommend doing the same for your PSP.

Game files are located at the folder named “ISO”. The game files have a .CSO file name extension. You don’t need to delete them. Just transfer them to your hard disk. That way, when you want to play them again, you just have to transfer them back to your memory stick.

But if you have music and video files that take up much space, I recommend that you look into those first. Normally you would like to have at least 500MB of free disk space. You’d need the space for your game saves.


My friends have done the steps above with ease and have solved their slow PSP problems. Most of them, if not all, had to do all four mentioned above. The first three usually solves the problem.

MR Sejuk

Sejak akhir-akhir ni sejuk betul aku rasa. Sebab musim hujan kot. Kalau bangun pagi tu, rasa cam mengigil2.. lagi2 time nak mandi.. Heater lak xde kat umah.. hehe. Last weekend baru je kemas bilik, ubah kedudukan meja, katil, almari n sume2 la. Dan juga aktiviti menge'mop'.. pergh.. berdebu betul bwh carpet tu.. bile ntah agaknya last aku kemas bilik ye? hehe.. x lupe juga aktiviti membuang barang2 yg dah x digunapakai lagi.. serta kertas2 serta buku2 yg dah x tgk.. skang barula rasa selesa skit.. rs best je bile masuk bilik dgn arrangement bilik yg br.. ade gak rs cam nak letak TV LCD 40'' dlm bilik n psg Astro Byond.. tp pikir2 balik.. aku bukan slalu lepak bilik kan? sape lak la yg nak tgk dlm bilik aku tu nanti? hehe... xpe.. akan ku pikir2kan.. Adios~

MR I Spotted the Inspira

This morning while i was driving to my office, i got a glance to a new car by Proton which is Proton Inspira. I spotted the Inspira on the Federal Highway (dah penah tgk pun arituh masa teman 1 of my fren kat Proton.. tp ni on the road ye..). At first i thought it was the lancer.. then when i looked at the bumper and the logo.. nahh.. its the Inspira.. hehe.. Not to condemn, not to criticise and not to backing up.. what ever u do.. if it's for good.. why not?

It's December again!! It's a holiday month kan? hehe.. This month i was hoping that akan pergi bercuti ke mana-mana.. dpt g pulau pun best kan? During raya Haji bln Nov arituh my whole family dah g bercuti at Langkawi.. best gakla.. then last week lepak2 genting for 2 nights.. so hopefully dpt g bercuti ke mana2 pulau.. Pangkor ke.. Tioman ke.. Niat nak ajak kwn2 opis.. sbb x pnh bercuti ngan diorg lg.. so harap2 diorg setuju ngan cdgn aku ni.. hehe

MR Sentuh dan Blah

Arini aku nak berckp pasal Touch N Go.. Sape duk KL konfem pakai touchNgo kan? lalu sana kene tol.. lalu sini kene tol.. aku pun x terkecuali. Ape yg aku nak cite ni ialah korg tau x pasal rebat 20% tu? kite leh dpt rebat 20% kalau kite dpt 80 transactions in a month. so we have to register dekat website touchNgo.. Ape yg x bestnye.. sepatutnye kite leh cek how many transaction we have made already in that month so that kite leh agak2 la kalau x cukup 80 transactions tu.. malangnye when we wanted to check.. 'no results' yg kuar.. whereas kite hanya leh cek transaction utk previous month shj.. waduh.. kalau nak bg rebat.. ikhlas la skit kan.. ni kdg2.. utk one month tu hny 76 transactions je.. so x layak dpt rebat.. padahal if we can check.. kite leh la kasi cukup 80 kan? haish..

MR HolyDay

It's Langkawi again.. hehe.. this time i'll bring all of my family members including my sister in law together with her cute son. We'll depart on 17hb Nov at 4.20 p.m so i guest we have to take cab to go to LCCT by 12-1 p.m. I've decided to book MPv at the airport as we arrived there. I'm looking for Innova/Serena because all together we have 8 numbers of member.. This is my 5th visit to Langkawi so i did not know where to bring them to. We'll staying at BNM Sri Kijang which is a very nice resort by BNM. Today is the last day before we have our holiday at Langkawi. We'll going back on Friday 19hb Nov by AA flight at 5.45 p.m.. Looking forward for tomorrow.. Chow!

MR Nyamuk

Holaa!! Today I want to talk about Nyamuk. Have u experienced been 'kene kacau' by nyamuk while u driving to work in the morning. Very irritating kan? Sometime 2 or 3 ekor nyamuk will fyling inside ur car and disturbing u.. n u will clapping ur hand like 'org gile'.. hehe.. Ape yg mempelikkan ialah how the hell the nyamuks2 can go inside ur car when ur car's doors n windows completely shut dengan elok? Pelik kan? hehe.. thats for now.. chow!

MR Side Mirror

Damn.. what a day.. yesterday at 7.30pm my car was bang by a Mat Rempit on my way to home.. luckily only the mirror was broken and not the whole set. Bengang pun ade.. I've to wait to get the pricing for the mirror from Honda.. Hopefully i just can replace the mirror without have to change the whole set.. Today I have to go to Cyberjaya so sempat ke x g Honda ni.. Last night I went to 3 'Kedai Aksesori' but they have no stock as they said that they only have mirror for Wira.. haishhhh..

MR Honda

Hoye... Today i'm planning to go to Honda service centre (wlpn bdn rs x sedap).. This is for service no 4 (20,000 km) for my B*R324. It should be 3 months once for my next service but I always service kete awal.. byk long distance kot.. 1st service (1000 km) done after 1 week (suppose to be after 1 month).. because at that time my friends and I went to Kota Sarang Semut at Kedah to attend my friend's wedding.. then the next service (5000 km) done after 2 months (supposely 3 months).. So, I guess I have to send my car for service every 2 months la kot.. (byk sgt berjalan ni.. hehe).. Hopefully this time the service fee x mahal sgt.. kopak la camni.. hehe.. Chow!!

Td kul 12 noon we had our lunch at Ikan Bakar Tanglin.. It's quite some time since our visit last time.. It was me yg ajak them to had our lunch there, but Eddy yg belanje.. hehe.. Ikan Bakar kat situ mmg different skit.. x pedas sgt.. quite nice.. but we were accompanied by 'flies'.. kacau betul la.. asik mengibas2 je tgn ktorg.. then after that we all balik antara before we go to Masjid JKR to do 'Sembahyang Jumaat'.. Just now we had our lunch at Ayam Kg at Cheras. Ktorg makan nasi putih with ayam kg, ulam raja, bendi, siput sedut n gulai nangka. I ordered Lime Iced. Delicious!haha.. Then we 'Tapau' 2 bungkus nasi (complete set as ours) for Pn. Norliza n Kak Limah.. Before going back to office.. En. Eddy belanja buah mangga.. hehe.. Then.. as we arrive at office.. we gave the 'nasi' to Kak Limah.. suddenly when they open the bungkusan.. the 'Ayam Kampung' is not there.. only nasi putih, ulam, n gulai nangka.. what a shame.. malu la kat Pn. Norliza n Kak Limah.. hehe.. Then, Kak Nora have to go to Gerai nearby to buy 'ayam Kg' for them.. siot je kan? haha.. That's all for now.. Chow!

Hey Ramadhan

Today is the 1st Ramadhan.. hopefully this day is a good day for me to start blogging back. Lagi 10 minit before berbuke nyum.. nyum.. (smalam dah bedal mcm2 kat Hotel Melia..) This morning byk betul kete.. harap2 sebab 1st pose je diorg rajin kuar awal.. kalau x masak la setiap pg nak g keje.. esok lusa xtau lg leh buke kat umah ke x.. keje kat opis tu berlambak2.. WTF! I'm looking forward utk tgk buke ape harini.. hehe.. lg satu tgh dlm dilemma nak bgn sahur ke x.. or just take the sahur sblm tido? sbb kalau bgn sahur kul 5, then 6.15 i have to bgn balik! xkan pas sahur nak berjaga.. rugi waktu tido tu.. haha.. xpe2.. let me see how.. Aku harap gak bulan pose ni leh turunkan skit berat aku ni.. 73kg to 68kg.. 5 kg.. byk tu.. Hopefully this Ramadhan will be better than last year.. Amin.
